We are a group of New Jersey-based therapists and RDI consultants, and special education experts who specialize in supporting children and families affected by Autism and related conditions. We provide parents with the tools to effectively teach dynamic intelligence skills to their children, opening up the possibility to find joy in sharing their world and experiences with others.

Kathy Darrow BA, RDI-CC
Kathy Darrow is a Certified RDI™ Program Consultant based in Haddonfield, NJ. Her areas of expertise are Relationship Development Intervention Programming, parent and teacher education, trainings, consultations and advocacy work.
Christine Poulton- MS, RDI Extender
Chrissy Poulton began working in the field of Autism in 1998 while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. In 2000, she gained membership in the Psi Chi, the international honor society of psychology and was the Vice President/Treasurer of the Rutgers Camden Chapter.
Rebeca Silva de Foote M.Ed RDI Extender
Rebeca holds a Masters degree in Education from Temple University. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a minor in Spanish from Earlham College. She is a seasoned Spanish teacher who left the classroom after 10 years to become a full time mother.
Terri Sikkema M.Ed
My goal is to provide you with the most effective, practical and current resource’s available to address the challenges faced by individuals on the autism spectrum.
I found the Relationship Development Intervention Program through an Early Intervention client and as I watched this wonderful mother sustain engagement with her child.
Stephanie O’Brien BCaBA
Stephanie O’Brien M.S., BCaBA, has been working with children with autism and other developmental delays for over 10 years. After listening to a guest speaker in college speak about Autism and methods for helping children acquire language and motor skills, Stephanie was convinced that this is where she wanted to focus her efforts.
